Terms of Service
Effective October 30, 2026
These Terms cover your use of GSTRADES: the GSTRADES Terminal and Academy at terminal.gsstudies.net, the GSTRADES Discord server, our posts on X, and the memberships we sell through Whop (together, the "Service"). GSTRADES is operated by GS Studies ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
1. Education only. Not financial advice.
Everything we publish (signals, levels, play logs, scoreboards, recaps, lessons, calculators, journals and chat) is for educational and informational purposes only. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planner, and nothing on the Service is a recommendation to buy or sell any security or option. You alone decide what to trade and you are fully responsible for the results. See the Risk Disclosure.
2. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You must also follow Discord's, Whop's and X's own terms when using those platforms.
3. Accounts and login
You sign in to the Terminal and Academy with your Discord account. Access is based on your roles in the GSTRADES Discord server. You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure. Don't share your login or let anyone else use your access.
4. Memberships, billing and refunds
- Paid memberships (currently Learning Center and Premium) are sold and billed through Whop. Whop's terms apply to your payment.
- Monthly memberships renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your Whop account, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, including for partial months, unused time or lifetime purchases, except where the law requires it.
- We may change prices or what each membership includes. Price changes apply from your next billing period, and we'll announce them in Discord first.
- If a payment fails, is reversed or is charged back, your paid access may be removed.
5. Your content and conduct
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, copy or redistribute paid signals, levels, lessons or other members-only content outside the Service, including by screenshot, forwarding or bots.
- Scrape, data-mine or automate access to the Terminal, or try to get around login, role checks or paywalls.
- Harass, threaten, spam or scam other members, or impersonate GSTRADES staff.
- Promote pump-and-dump schemes, other paid groups or referral links without permission.
- Break any law or any platform's rules while using the Service.
Things you post in our Discord remain yours. You give us permission to display them inside the Service.
6. Our content
The GSTRADES name, logo, signals, lessons, website, software and other materials belong to GS Studies and are protected by copyright and other laws. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own learning while your access is active.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove your access, including paid access and without a refund, if you break these Terms. You can stop using the Service at any time.
8. The Service is provided "as is"
The Service is a beta product and depends on third parties (Discord, Whop, Netlify, TradingView, market data providers and others). Signals and data can be delayed, wrong, incomplete or unavailable. We don't guarantee the Service will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any trading result. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, GS Studies and its owners, staff and moderators are not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
10. Indemnity
You agree to cover us against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that come from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Mississippi, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. We'll change the effective date above and post a note in Discord for material changes. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

Privacy Policy
Effective October 30, 2026
Short version: we collect very little. Login uses Discord and only checks your roles in our server. Your trading journal, calculator inputs and lesson progress stay on your own device. Payments go through Whop, so we never see your card. We don't sell your data.
1. Who we are
This policy explains how GS Studies ("GSTRADES", "we") handles information when you use the GSTRADES Terminal and Academy at terminal.gsstudies.net and related GSTRADES services.
2. What we collect
- Discord login. When you tap Member login, Discord asks for permission to share your basic profile (user ID and username) and your membership in the GSTRADES server, including your roles. We use this only to decide which features you can see. We don't receive your email address or password and can't read your messages.
- Session cookie. After login we place a signed cookie (
gs_sess) in your browser. It holds your Discord ID, display name and access level, and it expires after 12 hours. Short-lived cookies (gs_state,gs_next) protect the login step and return you to the right page. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. - Information stored on your device. Your trading journal, risk calculator settings and Academy lesson progress are saved in your browser's local storage. They are not sent to us. Clearing your browser data deletes them, so use the journal's backup button to keep a copy.
- Visit statistics. Our host, Netlify, records standard server logs (such as IP address, pages requested, browser type and referring site) and gives us aggregate counts like page views and unique visitors. We use these only to see how the site is used.
- Payments. Memberships are purchased on Whop. Whop processes your payment and shares your membership status with Discord so the right role is applied. We never see or store your card details. See Whop's privacy policy.
- Discord activity. Messages and activity in the GSTRADES Discord server are handled by Discord under its privacy policy. Our bot reads server channels to post signals, scoreboards and lessons.
3. How we use it
- To log you in and show you the version of the Terminal and Academy your membership includes.
- To keep the Service secure and prevent sharing or abuse of paid access.
- To understand overall traffic and improve the Service.
We do not sell or rent your personal information and don't use it for advertising.
4. Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run GSTRADES: Discord (login and community), Whop (payments and memberships), Netlify (website hosting) and Google Fonts (fonts load from Google, which receives your IP address). We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights and users.
5. How long we keep it
Session cookies expire after 12 hours or when you log out. We don't keep a separate database of website users. Netlify's logs are kept according to Netlify's own retention policy. Data on your device stays until you delete it.
6. Your choices
- Log out anytime with the Log out button. This clears the session cookie.
- Remove GSTRADES' access in Discord under User Settings → Authorized Apps.
- Clear your browser's site data to delete your journal, calculator and progress data.
- Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information. Message an admin in our Discord to make a request.
7. Children
The Service is for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
8. Security
Login sessions are signed to prevent tampering, and the site is served only over HTTPS. No online service is perfectly secure, so please keep your Discord account protected with two-factor authentication.
9. Changes
We'll update the effective date above when this policy changes and post a note in Discord for material changes.

Risk Disclosure
Effective October 30, 2026
Trading options is risky, and same-day (0DTE) options are among the riskiest trades there are. You can lose your entire investment, often within minutes. Only trade money you can afford to lose.
Not financial advice
GSTRADES and GS Studies are not registered investment advisers, brokers or financial planners. Signals, levels, play logs, scoreboards, recaps, lessons, calculators and chat are educational content, not personalized advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. We don't know your finances, goals or risk tolerance. Talk to a licensed professional before making investment decisions.
Options and 0DTE risk
- Options can expire worthless. Same-day SPY options lose value quickly as time passes (theta decay) and can swing very sharply on small moves in SPY.
- Prices can gap, spreads can widen, and fills can be much worse than the prices shown in a signal, especially at the open, near the close and around news.
- Stops are not guaranteed. A "20% stop" or any exit plan may fill far below the planned price.
- Selling options or trading spreads can involve losses larger than your initial investment.
Signals and results
- Signals come from an automated algorithm and can be wrong, late, duplicated or missed because of data, software or platform problems.
- Scoreboard and play log results are not your results. They are calculated from signal prices and don't include commissions, fees, slippage, taxes or your actual entry and exit timing.
- Results before October 22, 2026 are backtested (hypothetical). Hypothetical results have built-in limits: they are prepared with hindsight, don't reflect real trading or the emotions of real money, and no claim is made that any account will or is likely to achieve similar results.
- Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Market data
Signals are generated from third-party price data that may be delayed and may contain errors. Don't rely on them as your only reason to trade.
Tools
The risk calculator and trading journal are planning and record-keeping aids. Their outputs depend entirely on the numbers you enter and are not recommendations.
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for your trades, your risk management and any taxes owed. By using GSTRADES you accept these risks and agree that GS Studies is not responsible for any trading losses.
